Hello! I am a Cross fit Chick, I Love to travel to Key West ( and many other places), I have 2 AWESOME teenage daughters, and I work with my handsome hubby of nearly 21 years. I am not originally from Asheville, (Ricky is), but we both love the Western NC Mountains. I am a local Realtor in the Asheville area and have been here since 1991. He owns a local turn key construction business and has since 1993. We decided to take a chance and remodel our very first vacation rental since we had the best spot in Asheville! Making people happy is one of our main goals. We love meeting new people and would LOVE to meet YOU!

The Blue Ridge Parkway is approximately 3 miles away, Outlets for the shoppers, hiking & biking for adventurers, Breweries for the beer lovers, Downtown Asheville is just 7 minutes, a pool is located on premise. So many options. Great for families and friends! We are so excited to share with our tenants this home! We also offer a whole house standby generator!

Relax in the Hot Tub after along day of sightseeing! Welcome to our home situated on beautiful hill with lovely Mountain views. Our home is located just minutes to the Outlet Mall, grocery store, Blue Ridge Parkway, NC Arboretum, Restaurants, Biking Trails, Waterfalls, Breweries, and so much more. We are convenient to all major Highways & just 15 minutes to the airport and Downtown Asheville.

Our Policies
Checkin & Checkout
The standard check in and out times are 3pm check in and 10-11am checkout. Each property has its own specific times, we do also accomodate specific times for our rentals depanding on availability.
Cancellation Policy
We do have a strict 7 day and up to 48 hour cancellation policy.
House Rules
Because each vacation rental is unique, each home has it’s own sets of house rules that may include / exclude some restrictions, such as being pet friendly or equipt for parties. See each property for its own house rules.
